Me in Three
- Leaders and mentors needs to be able to tell their message consistently both formally and informally. I strive to communicate and reinforce the mission and goals with each days activities.
- I find the most effective individuals are those that can delve into issues and use what they find to create better processes or create new opportunities. People who approach problems without fear are exciting to collaborate with.
- I realize that I can learn from others by listening and observing, and that sometimes the biggest lessons come from mistakes, both mine and others
