- I love a challenge, and am fortunate enough to have a very challenging job where I have a lead role in changing my organisation. My organisation has a critical role in one of the largest change initiatives ever undertaken in Australia.
- It is very important to me that the people I work with enjoy their work: we spend too much of our lives at work to not enjoy it. Work is a team sport: it takes hard, focused effort to get results; but when you get them it is personally and deeply satisfying.
- The environment is important to me. Whe not at work, I spend time trying to make my own home and backyard productive(fruit and vegies) with a minimal carbon footprint.
