- I'm an unrepentant generalist, with interests and aptitudes that span multiple disciplines and the ability to communicate effectively across all of them. Just looking at my work history, I'm a former physicist, former software engineer, former biotech scientist and consultant, former product manager, now an analyst at Google. - I am passionate about ideas, and drawing connections between those ideas with other people. I particularly love connecting seemingly unrelated ideas, even if it's through a shaky metaphor, and you'll find plenty of examples of that in my blog at http://nehrlich.com/blog.
- I'm fascinated by the question of how organizations think and act. How do we create an organization that consistently unlocks the greater potential of its employees? Can we take some cues from how the brain is structured to design better organizations?
