Me in Three
- I'm not me without my daughter, who is a severely disabled adult and lives with us at our home. She has taught me the true meaning of unconditional love, and I'm eternally grateful to have her in my life. I believe God kept me alive during my combat experience in Vietnam in order to take care of her.
- I love to sail, and I love babies. Sailing, to me, is a way of being at one with nature, in all of its various forms. I'm never more at peace than when I'm at the tiller/wheel of a sailboat. Babies are miraculous little beings who are pure, honest and loving, and I get great joy interacting with them.
- I'm passionate about creating work cultures based upon values, and I believe that there is a fundamental transformation occurring in the world of business that will dramatically change what we do and how we do it. Without an authentic, articulated, and demonstrated value system organizations have no reliable template for handling the inevitable changes that will occur.
