- Of all the technologies we are inundated with every minute of every day, it is still the minds of each individual that makes the difference. Over my 17+ years experience in technology, and support, I have witnessed a lot of initiatives come-and-go. I believe Andrew Carnegie (US Steel) said it best in 1919: “The only irreplaceable capital an organization possesses is the knowledge and ability of its people. The productivity of that capital depends on how effectively people share their competence with those who can use it.”
