I believe profound change and impact happens when a group of people commit to a vision without requiring to know how to get there and commit to figure it out together. I am a believer, follower and implementer of learning organizations that strive to be and create such organizations.
I believe what we believe and our software determines what we pay attention to, how we create meaaning out of our experiences and what actions we take. We need ways to be able to talk about, to test and to update our own softwares.
Ultimately, I believe everyone wants the same things,happiness, health, contribution, acknowledgement. However, we often pursue jobs and activities to accomplish these and mix the means and the ends and experience opposite of what we set out to achieve. This is what needs to change for the world to change.
