As Beacon Health’s Chief Marketing, Innovation and Patient Experience Officer, I’m passionate about building energetic, insightful teams focused on giving patients the best possible experience. My role is to ensure our Beacon Health guests (because hospital patients truly are our guests) experience healing in a convenient, connected, and coordinated way.
I spend my days:
• Opening up spaces for intense conversations and new, creative visions
• Helping our teams develop the right branding, messaging and digital campaigns
• Asking the question: "Do we have to keep doing it that way?"
Away from work, I tap into my creative energy through acrylic painting – using bright colors to create art that reflects energy and human emotions. I love when a single image comes together that reflects a full story in just one glance.
