- I believe that the next decade will be critical for the future of this planet. At current levels of human productivity, wisdom and co-operation, I don’t think we can make it. We truly need a management revolution to address the daunting global challenges we are currently facing.
- I enjoy working with inspired and ambitious leaders, helping them to achieve their challenging visions for a better future for the world and their businesses. I love it when positive change happens in people and organizations and I contributed to it, as a consultant, trainer, executive-coach and keynote-speaker.
- I’m an idealist and a contrarian and I believe in the power of faith, the human spirit and co-operation between like-minded individuals of good-will. I enjoy reading writings by truly inspiring and authentic human-beings, spending time with visionary people, my motorcycle and my beautiful wife Isabella.
