Me in Three
- My passion is helping people add meaning to their job. If we consider our job as an opportunity to make someone's life better, it takes on new significance. Management is about helping people be important.
- I tend to create and thrive in peer-based organizations. Leadership influence is granted by those being influenced. We tend to give the most authority when we trust capable people of character to take us where we want to go. Anyone can lead by taking responsibility for their part of the team's vision.
- I am a follower of Jesus Christ and I enjoy people. I want to take the things he said to do and make them real in the workplace.
