I try to be a "hope maker" by making others feel better about themselves and make them believe in their ability to change. In my country Iraq hope is essential for survival and change. My motto is "make the good ones stronger" and I like to believe that "feeling good feels good but making other feel good feels even better."
I like talking about great things with nice people.
Reading and listening to Hamel, Goshal, and Birkinshaw made me realize that even in the 21st century there still are great and important things that have been overlooked and need innovation, although they are used everyday. The most important one is management. I'm doing a PhD in management and my hope is to make one day a contribution that reinvents management.
