- My passion and mission is to sustain and continually improve the operations of INTEGRAL TRANSFORMATION GROUP, INC., a transformative management group involved in: TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT, ISO, COOPERATIVES, ORGANIC AGRICULTURE, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, GOOD GOVERNANCE, INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT & STRATEGIC PLANNING. ITG-TheGroup, as commonly called, was created 1992 and has come to evolved into "a coalition of people & organizations in the Alternative Movements." - I have dedicated my life in molding people and organizations using various Western & Eastern disciplines which I call -- INTEGRAL TRANSFORMATION. Integral means Whole, Entire, Complete, as in: 1) multi-cultural and cross-disciplinary studies; 2) bridging Eastern & Western traditions of knowledge; 3) incorporating analytical, experiential and practical ways of knowing; 4) joining the transpersonal and spiritual dimensions of life with community service; blending of religious and spiritual values with the benefits of modern technology; 5) joining the variables or factors of development with the goals and objectives of the organization and its people. Transformation is, literally, a forming over, a restructuring. By transformation we speak of the transformation of people--specifically the transformation of consciousness. In this context consciousness does not mean simple waking awareness. Here it refers to the state of being "conscious of one's consciousness." You are keenly aware that you have awareness. In effect, this is a new perspective that see other perspectives -- a paradigm shift.
- I'm really (as in really) passionate about molding the character of people through leading by example, one-on-one mentoring & coaching, public lecturing and college teaching. It is also my way of life to do yoga and meditation everyday (for the past 30 years or so) ... every moment to moment. I guess this is where I get my energy and passion, that is, within my true being. I love projects that create synergy and empowerment of people.
