Me in Three
- I'm passionate about helping managers run better, healthier organizations. Organizations which provide meaning and fulfillment to its people and allow them to truly put their capabilities to productive use.
- My focus is twofold: simplifying the practical application of a relevant, proven body of management wisdom while at the same time striving to advance management as "the technology of human accomplishment" by constantly looking for better ways to run organizations.
- I'm happily married, have two kids and am also passionate about endurance sports - particularly long distance triathlon.
