Me in Three
- I'm a researcher and author with a mission: to help unlock enormous potential in business and society by means of a new approach to innovation that I'm developing.
- I believe that our current approach to management is broken in many, many places. The depressing parade of instances of corporate malfeasance and the recent financial crisis are merely the most egregious symptoms of business's current powermongering approach to growth. The seminal new approach to innovation that I'm developing will reengineer business mindsets and rewrite some of the rules of business; it will help business grow in a much more inclusive and sustainable fashion. I'm excited by MIX's goal of reinventing management as it resonates entirely with my mission.
- I'm currently writing a book as one step towards achieving my mission. Thru several hacks I'm writing here, I hope to reach like-minded folks who are, like me, determined to set management on a much more positive trajectory - one that seeks to find innovative growth that is more harmonious and less exploitative (the ideas proposed in the hacks have been generated using the new innovation approach). I look forward to helping make business and society a much better place !
