Over weighed Micro Management

Today most organization and executives follow and get buried under micro mangement. Eeverybody agrees for strategic thinking when it comes to argument on. But when it comes to practice operational/routine management over weighes todays senior executive class.  

What is missing is thorough and deleberate approach in looking at a given issue. While sorting out a issue we seek and implement instant/quick solution. Naturally but unfortunatelly today the premise"fittest to survive" is unknowingly replaced by 'fasted to survive".  But while doing so we are forgetting is sustainability. And may it be nature, eco system, culture, social values etc at macro level and profits, market share, brand loyalty at micro level; unless it is sustaionable I strongly feel its of no use.

For this what we need is real strategic thinking.
