That is my summary of about 85% of the staff in my region. Not taken to task, not questioned on there days work and not told about thiere poor customer relations. And in my opinion they have poor work ethic and the situation has not been helped by closing the shipping office and putting the power in the batchers hands, who now abuse the situation.
