Take a Master Class with a Management Radical
The full agenda for the 2014 MIX Mashup (November 18-20, 2014) is posted. It’s going to be two days of agenda-setting thinking and in-the-trenches storytelling around such questions as: How do we change the way we change? What will it take to (finally) kill bureaucracy? How can you embed innovation? How do you hack management?
We’ve also just announced the line-up for the MIX Mashup Lab Sessions (November 20th). The Lab Sessions are a rare opportunity to go deep with some of the world’s most progressive and experienced management innovators. These master classes in how to “do” management innovation will:
- unpack the innovator’s journey in detail,
- help you understand the challenges and solutions more profoundly,
- share meta-lessons on how to develop, launch, and successfully shepherd a management experiment
- and offer a robust question and answer session
Check out the line up below. Space is limited, but register now and add the Lab Sessions to your MIX Mashup registration to get the most out of the MIX Mashup.
As always, please let us know if you have any questions. We hope to see you in NYC in a few weeks!

Is there any chance for repetition of those classes and labs next year? It sounds like something I would be very interested in and I would love to join. It is awful to think I missed my chance. Perhaps someone knows of something similar in a different place?

Management is nothing but the cool innovations in making the manpower to work right and timely. As a leader, you have to face the challenges effectively and find out their solutions more precisely. It’s a very good lab for learning I think and will help us in the coming days. Yeah, it’s a master class and I hope there will be many management gurus in the lab. It’s going to be fun anyways!
