Actually you don't require people in the position of Vice president, senior VP, GM, Senior GM, AGM, DGM etc. Couple of profiles such as operations manager, Development managers are enough for any organization whatever be the size. especially during difficult financial situations huge fat salaries being paid to such persons but productivity is normally from such people are a complete waste. These people are normally unproductive and only they contribute s in some sorts of PR activities , which could be managed by some other Dept.
Many of you might not agree but it's fact and need a fresh retrospect...we need more lean and thin efficient organization who really work.and yes those are productive.
