Why should we valourise and celebrate " working hard"?
All activities from studying to working in the office seems to be focused on
" working hard".
It is an insult to the greatest geniuses of all times if we do not find out methods of integrating the principles they have given us with enjoyment.
We have principles for everything.
We do not have principles for fun.
Educational institutions would need to break the mould and envelope of "working hard" that sorrounds knowledge acquisition.
For example, why cannot the principles of Basic Game Theory be used when children are playing Robbers and Cops?
Of course, children cannot do it on their own. it is for the instructor to encourage it by de mystifying it.
'Working hard' is usually a misnomer used by instructors and bosses alike to either cajole or harass their apprentice or veteran understudies to "work effectively". The focal point of the argument is to analyze if the Working "effectively" is "Hard".
Most of the erudite people say working "Smart" is quintessentially better than working "hard"
