I can't help thinking that the obvious takes an awfully long time to crystallize.
If change is accelerating then it is obvious that the organisation needs to be adaptive.
I also know from the trenches in IBM during the 1990s just how stifling and frustrating it can be not having a voice without sufficient stripes - so what gets me going is liberation of the employee where work is not just a job but a personal enterprise. I think the two are connected so bring on the Customer Adaptive Enterprise
