Management has never made sense to me. I thought it was suppose to be about getting to the hearts and passions of our people -- organizing and focusing their energies on making a great, successful organization. Somehow we've given up on that dream. Three game changers are making possible the shift to great human management and great business results: social media, the Millienial workforce, and cloud computing.
