- I have spent much of my professional life in a way parallel to the evolution of the concept of Quality: from Control to Assurance to reach Total Quality. Since then I have approached Management models as Malcolm Baldrige and EFQM and participated actively in the design of our own model in MONDRAGON.
- like to identify successful practices in applications management and help other companies to adapt and implement them
- I enjoy contact with the nature that I try to spend most of my leisure
