Me in Three
- I work with the passion to transform realities. I started working with postulates of complexity with the vision to expand the future of persons and founded estrategika to provide tools and methodologies that enable groups and organizations to explore development alternatives and materialize new possibilities for their projects.
- My framework is related with "the strategy of possibilities". This concept is based on the capacity to move under the conditions of life. Working from the possibilities implies processes for explore alternatives and for design opportunities. The framework of my work is based on the capacity to move in order to generate development alternatives that address the shifts of the context.
- I consider fundamental the emotions management, because, we face the "new" from past experiences. Therefore, our contact with reality is always a landscape painted with our own style and colors that take a particular shape according the chemistry of emotions. Hence, nobody reacts to the "reality" of events, but from a landscape designed with perceptions, language, and experiences "colored" with emotions.
