Me in Three
- It seems as though I learn every day and sometimes that excites me but sometimes it exhausts me. In either case, I am better for it.
- I used to view organizations as rational and a system of structure and rules but in recent years I am come to view organizations as non-rational and a social system. In addition, I have come to greatly appreciate human capital and its importance in our ever-changing and increasingly complex world. The question of how to create a social environment that fosters the learning, knowledge-sharing, and innovation of individuals and the communities to which they belong fascinates me.
- I love to laugh! Sometimes I laugh so hard that I worry I might hurt myself but to date that has not happened.
