Innovation has been our number one subject since starting 15 years ago a small service provider company. We have done outsourcing for marketing and sales, but in the last years we are focused on Corporate Education. To create change and help leaders in the brazilian economy, we have tried to contribute with a structured learning environment, strenghtening the leadership, and working out the architectural structures and processes of clients. Reinvention is a key word for the demands of our services.
With the internet and the digital vector transforming society and playing an important role on the coming generation - I have chosen to dive deeply into the Web 2.0 - not without the help of important partners and friends. I have set up a monthly meeting in Sao Paulo - called Open Coffee where informally we experiment what is a second environment to be complementary to the virtual realms.
I see myself as an aprendice, a facilitador and a 'provocateur'. As those three different hats take place I feel it's the best combination of the leader for tomorrow. In that sense I have been challeged to write, speak and work with different organizations in the brazilian market.
A fan of sports, travel and tourism, my week is divided in two places
Some days I spend in the monstrous São Paulo city where business is the talk of the town.
And some days I delight myself (together with my wife) in Paraty, the most gorgeous sea side city, historically preserved since the gone era of the gold trafic to Portugal. Nature is still at its best, which enables quick sight seeings, be it in an island five minutes from the shore, or into the natural fiords of Saco do Mamangua, or the mini falls by the mountains on the way to Cunha.
