This is a powerful concept especially because fear is something that we experience everyday without being able to recognize it.

I take two practical principles:
- to start only what can be finished as a way of thinking about an issue. This principle changes a lot the way in which I look at it
- to check if fear is the reason behind a "no", "it can't be done", "it's impossible" and take action upon if so
