I believe that organizations should foster Resourceful Humans instead of Human Resources. To that end the Human Resources function should drive a new economic balance in organizations and distribute its competencies into the fabric of the teams.
Our HR team made culture our core business. We pioneered the 'Resourceful Humans' approach with a single-minded pure focus on people development and an ecosystem of Innovation, driven by self-organizing Democracy, free flow of Information and fair Gain-Sharing. The goal of the HR functions eventual redundancy focused the organization on a model of maturity, responsibility and self-organisation.
My driver are my daughters who I want to step into a new world of work where they can express themselves fully and look forward to contributing to meaningful causes. Inspired by the experience and legacy of the HP-Way, as it was lived and breathed by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard, we therefore extended the mission of HR to create, transform and sustain innovative workplaces inhabited by purpose-driven people.
