I want to explore what 'Good Work' means both to individuals and organisations. I believe truly 'responsible' organisations are few and far between and we need to challenge our assumptions of what it means to be truly responsible. There needs to be better connections between the meaning and purpose of the individual -> organisation -> society as a whole. I believe in creativity, collaboration and play as strong drivers for change.
